How packs work
One pack = one transaction. A fixed set of documents sent to a defined group of recipients.
What counts as one pack
- Up to 10 PDF documents
- Up to 10 recipients (signers, approvers, viewers)
- Up to 25 MB total file size
- Unlimited fields, reminders and retries
When a pack is counted
- 1Counted once when first sent, not per retry
- 2Drafts are free: only sent packs count
- 3Changed documents require cancel and resend
- 4Technical-failure refunds handled separately
